We carry top quality goods from reliable manufacturers, however, products occasionally fail for any number of reasons. As such, we try and ensure our warranty service is always prompt and easy for you.
We have a signature warranty called the "we'll make it right warranty." If you have a problem with our products, we'll do our level best to make it right by you, full stop.
If you find that a product purchased from flashcards.co.nz is faulty, please email us immediately so we can advise you of the best course of action for warranty service. In all cases returns must be accompanied by a completed RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) Form, which can be downloaded and printed by clicking here.
In all cases we offer a full 12 month RTB ('Return To Base' - the customer pays to return any faulty goods to us for inspection and repair/replacement) replacement warranty on any of our products with problems due to faulty workmanship, though in many cases the manufacturers warranty is even longer. Since our warranty is a NZ wide warranty only, we will only ship any required replacements to a NZ address, not overseas. If a product is returned but found not to be faulty, a service fee may apply.
We cannot accept returns due to device incompatibilities or simply because you have changed your mind or don't like the item purchased. In rare instances, we will allow incompatible items to be swapped for another item in our online store, however, this is arranged on a case by case basis and the returned item must be in as new and resell-able condition (including packaging). For items that are not faulty but are swapped due to device incompatibilities, there will be a $19 re-stocking fee charged.
We will offer advice wherever we can but customers are ultimately responsible for ensuring the items they buy are compatible for use in their own devices.
