Q: I have ordered from you before and I get your newsletters but now when I try and login, I'm not recognised, why is this?

A: You probably originally ordered through our old online store system (eshop), which did not retain any details other than email addresses. The new system keeps all your delivery info, order history etc. as well. When you sign up for a new account in the new system, your details will be saved for any future logins/purchases.

Q: Sometimes when I order product from you it comes in retail packaging and sometimes in a bulk type pack, why is this?

A: About 50% of our product is supplied in bulk cases. We source product at the best prices possible, whether it be in the retail or bulk packs. Sometimes we can get retail packs for less than the bulk price, so we buy those instead, and that is why some of
our cards are sent in their retail packaging. We tend to buy cards in the 100's at a time, so to save on shipping costs (both inbound and outbound), as well as environmental waste issues, we try and stick with bulk product purchases when we can.

All our product is brand new and comes a full retail warranty of 12 months or even longer in some cases.

Q: Why don't you sell Digital Camera's?

A: We no longer sell Digital Cameras, though we used to. Due to increasing
competition from importers importing product from China and other
countries (many times their import models do not have English Manuals or
Native NZ Plug Packs) making it impossible for us to compete pricewise,
we have dropped cameras as a stock/online item.

Q: I won't be home when my parcel arrives, what happens?

A: For security reasons (and insurance coverage), we ship all parcels via Signature Required Track and Trace Packs only, so CourierPost will not leave the parcel. However, they will leave a card to call if you are not in when your parcel arrives.

Q: I want my order delivered on a certain day or at a specific time, is this possible?

A: CourierPost make no guarantees re delivery times. However, they
will leave a card to call if you are not in when your parcel arrives.

Q: I don't have a credit card, how can I purchase from you?

A: You may pay via Direct Credit or Cheque as well, but you will still need to order online either way. For full payment options and information, please see the page here:

Q: I want to change my delivery address for one order only, how do I do this?

A: Please edit your delivery address at checkout time using the 'edit' button. Do not put the temporary delivery address in the order notes field.

Q: Do you offer 'Duty Free' sales?

A: Sorry, we do not offer Duty Free sales at this time.

Q: Do you offer credit, financing or accounts of any kind?

A: We do not offer 'accounts' or finance of any kind - all orders must be paid for in advance of shipment.

Q: How Long Will Shipping Take?

A: If you order from us online via Credit Card by 5:00PM, you will generally have your order by the following morning NZ wide (excluding Weekends, Public Holidays and Rural Deliveries). We use a 'Next Day' CourierPost Service for all orders. For more info, please see the page here:

Q: I got a packing slip with my order but no GST invoice, how can I get an invoice from you?

A: A link to your online invoice is included in your original order confirmation email. You may print it from that web page if you need it, as we do not send print invoices of any kind.

Q: What is the Olympus XD Card 'Panorama Function'?

A: Essentially, with Panorama, you take multiple shots while making sure to
overlap edges. You then reassemble these multiple shots using the "Camedia" software that comes with Olympus cameras.

The difference is that when an Olympus brand card is used, Olympus
digital cameras keep exposure settings constant across these multiple
shots; which makes for a consistent panorama when you reassemble the
individual shots via your computer.

If you purchase an Olympus card, you will simply have an extra function
that may not get used unless you have an Olympus camera. However,
Olympus cards can of course still be used in any device that takes XD cards.

Q: How much do you charge for postage?

A: Nationwide shipping is FREE for all orders $100.00 and over. Other NZ orders will have $6 shipping added to them and International orders will have shipping and processing fees added to them at checkout, as per our 'Ordering Information' Page.

Q: I can't seem to order through your site, what's the problem?

A: Please try re-placing your order securely online after restarting your
browser and clearing your cookies. Please also ensure that cookies are enabled (the store sets a temporary cookie through the order process) and that your firewall is not blocking your connection to our secure server for some reason (some office networks block access to secure servers).

If you continue having trouble, please let us know and if you provide a
contact phone number, we can ring you to assist.

It will also help if you describe the problem you are having in
detail to us so we can investigate it further for you. It also helps us
if we know what Operating System (i.e. Linux, Windows, Mac etc.) and Web
Browser (i.e. Mozilla, Explorer, Opera, etc.) you are trying to use as
some have specific issues with certain sites.

Q: Our accounts payable department needs a 'Pro-Forma' Invoice from you, how do we get one?

A: A hyperlink to your online GST Invoice will be included in your order confirmation email which is automatically sent at the completion of every order. You may print a hard copy from that page if you require it as we do not send print invoices. In the case of direct credit and cheque payment orders, these invoices can act as 'pro-forma' invoices if your accounts payable department needs one to make payment from.

Q: Is your site secure? I am scared about using my credit card online.

A: It may seem daunting at first but actually, due to the security technology we use, it is safer to place your order online with us than saying your Credit Card number over the phone or faxing it to someone!

Basically, in a nutshell, your 'web browser', e.g. Internet Explorer will communicate securely with our web server during the order process. This means all data transfer will be 'encrypted' or scrambled. This is indicated through the use of an 'https://' web address, which shows that the transfer of data is happening on a secure server (thus the 's' for secure, instead of the the standard http:// address). Once you have ordered, the order is held in a secure, encrypted database for processing by us.

We take web site security very seriously and your order is transacted securely via our Linux and Apache based SSL encrypted secure payment server. Buy Flashcards - buy with confidence.

Q: You seem to send a lot of emails about orders, why is this?

A: We only ever send 2 order followup emails after an order is shipped. However, that combined with the sign up and order confirmation and shipping emails means that many customers get several emails per order.

Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but we feel it is best for clients to stay as informed as possible during the ordering and delivery process.

Q: Do your products come with a warranty?
