Shipping Rates

The more you fill your cart the more you will save! Purchases over $150 will get FREE shipping excluding large/bulky items, please read our guideline for free shipping over $150.

Combining large/oversized items with smaller items to reach the $150 will not be qualified for free shipping. Shipping rates will be separate for these items. Free shipping for qualified items along large items upon checkout shall be granted if the total of the qualified items reached over $150.

We have the right to charge extra shipping fees at our discretion but we will not do so without consulting the customer prior to adding any fees

Upon checkout, the free shipping will automatically be applied and you don't have to select any option if the item/s are qualified.

We'd like to make things simple, however, sometimes there may be mistakes with shipping charges and we work hard to make sure we get things sorted as quickly as possible to get you back on track!

Delivery lead time

Once your order is packed and ready, the couriers will then pick up your parcel directly from our warehouse and aim to deliver it within 2 - 3 working days in general, for Rural addresses it may take 3-5 days. You will receive an email from us with the tracking details once a tracking number is assigned to your order.

Delivery times may be extended, this is a rare occurrence and applies to deliveries affected by E.g. road blockage, accidents, COVID-19 alert level restrictions and other unforeseen circumstances which is beyond our control.

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

Where we deliver

We only ship items within New Zealand however; we have allocated standard rates for everyone living in New Zealand and We accept PO BOX delivery.

Please contact us when delivering to Chatham Islands, we will have to arrange a special rat

Special and backorders

  • Special and backorder items are not on-hand, these items have different delivery timeframes, we recommend you contact us prior to purchasing if you are concerned about the ETA, we also advise customers of the ETA once the order is confirmed.

Order Cancellation and Redirections

Our goal is to ensure the fast delivery of your order, therefore if you wish to make any change to your delivery details, such as changing item preferences or canceling your order altogether, you will need to contact us within 30 minutes of payment being made

We cannot cancel the delivery after the parcel has left our warehouse

For redirections, we encourage you to contact the courier company first and advise them that you are the receiver of the item and is requesting a redirection

Friendly Reminder

Couriers do not deliver during Weekends and Public Holidays. Flashcards.co.nz does not dispatch orders outside business working hours. We also cannot guarantee that the couriers delivering your parcel won’t run into any hiccups or delays. For an up-to-date status of your parcel, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please be in touch with us so that we can assist you in resolving these issues.

Our office hours are from Monday to Friday from 10am - 6pm excluding public holidays. Any delivery enquiries after office hours will be addressed the next working day. Alternatively, you can call the courier company for any delivery information updates.
