Delivery Information

Our goal is to ensure the fast delivery of your order, therefore if you wish to make any changes such as amendments to your delivery details, changing item preferences or cancelling your order altogether, you will need to contact us within 30 minutes of payment being made.

Once your order is packed and ready, the couriers will then pick up your parcel directly from our warehouse and aim to deliver it within 2 - 3 working days in general and for Rural address may take 3-5 days. You will then conveniently receive a confirmation email where you will find your order tracking number and other important information. We use a non-signature required service as our standard service of delivery. (For Oversized/ Overweight products) which varies on delivery time frame.

Generally, items that go with courier would be delivered within 1 to 3 working days while rural areas may take up 2 extra working days.

PLEASE NOTE: for rural area transport, the item will be delivered to the nearest carrier depot. Therefore, you will be required to leave your phone number, so that the carrier will make a contact with you once your item arrives at their depot.

Rural customers are recommended to contact our Customer Service Team before making a purchase on overweight or oversized item/s.

We accept PO BOX delivery.

If your order consists both general and overweight item, then it will be dispatched separately with both courier and transport carrier hence may have multiple tracking numbers and delivery time frames.

Shipping Rates

The more you fill your treasure chest the more you will save! Purchase more than one item in any single order and save a mass amount of ka-ching!

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

We only ship items within New Zealand however; we have allocated standard rates for everyone living in New Zealand.

We would like to make everything simple for everyone. Shipping charges are indicated and calculated on each product's page. The shipping charge indicated will be the same for any NZ address, so you have no need to worry about pricey shipping costs wherever you are in NZ!


Friendly Reminder

Couriers do not deliver during Weekends and Public Holidays. do not dispatch orders outside business working hours. We also cannot guarantee that the couriers delivering your parcel won’t run into any hiccups or delays. For an up to date status of your parcel, we recommend that you contact the courier company directly. If your parcel is lost or damaged, please be in touch with us so that we can assist you in the matter.
