We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct, we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy; nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

• Please contact us at sales@flashcards.co.nz with a photo showing clearly the part where the product is damaged. And we will contact you ASAP after we received the photo.
• The item(s) should be returned to us in good condition with all internal and external packaging, accessories, swing tags, labels and manuals complete and intact under the warranty provisions,
• Please allow us to have 3 to 5 working days for testing/repair after we receive the package of items.
• We will bear no liability for any damages caused by inappropriate returning of the package.
• If you receive defective or damaged goods then please contact us immediately via email at sales@flashcards.co.nz. Please clearly advise what the issue is and include the following information: Invoice or Packing Slip Number, Item Description, Date of Purchase, Price Paid, a daytime phone number and if possible a photograph of what the product is considered faulty or damaged.
• We will contact you within 2 working days with the procedures to resolve the problem via the above guidelines.
• You can include a copy of our original invoice with a note attached.
• Once we have received the product back then we can sort out an exchange, credit/refund.
• All returns should be sent back by courier to the above address.

We will only accept returns if the following are met:

• Valid/original proof of purchase from Flashcards must be produced. (All products are shipped with an invoice)
• The Product is in original condition and packaging with any accessories it came with.
• The product has not been tampered with, misused, damaged (includes water damage) or any cause other than manufacturers defect.
• Any unauthorized modifications have been carried out.
